I like one dude that lives in the house next to me. He's never seen me. I can see him only from my window, when he's getting into his car. My family talk occasionally to his parents, but nobody even knows what's his name. Should I make the first move? Or should first show myself to him? What should be done?

Go Outside and do something. Wheter its walking your dof or talking to your freinds. You need to get noticed without getting to be a stalker. Do u guys go to the same scool together. Then make your parents invite you to the house. U know what I mean. But, dont look to desperate. Just remember. If there is a reason for u guys to be together then it will happaned. Just wait. Oh and looking cute wont hurt either. ;)

Ok miss Moan I think if you like him you should try to make the first move you know. Maybe one day if he's leaving be outside and say hello to him or something and then whatever he says after that take it from there. Or another suggestion bake some brownies and when you know his parents are not around bring them over and be like I baked some brownies for you or whatever.

Yous should just go and say hi the next time you see him...there's no harm in that. You're neighbours after all...so it won't seem so obvious. If you feel too nervous about it, try asking your parents about him and then you'll know a little more. Or maybe just try joining in with the parents conversation one time.

On garbage collection night, stand guard at the window. As soon as you see him taking the garbage out, grab your bin and race out the front. Now you have an excuse for bumping into him.

Next, you need a conversation starter.
What about suggesting jokingly, "You know, I'd seriously consider paying you to take out our garbage each week".

Leave it at that, then next time you bump into him unexpectedly, you have already broken the ice.

Good luck.

Try to be outside doing yard work. Maybe you could come up with a tool you need to borrow and ask him when he comes home if he has one and could you borrow it. Or maybe there is a heavy box/bag only he could lift for you? be creative, make it happen if you really want it.

Go and introduce yourself. DON'T tell him you've been watching him. Say you heard he was around your age and you were curious about him. That will appeal to his ego of course.
