hi, I'm brazilian and I lived in the United States for 8 years and I my son was born there... Now, I'm in Brazil and I wanted to go back, I still have my visa... Do you think I would have any problems???

My visa expires in 2009... the problem is that I lived there for 8 years!!!!

No, there shouldn't be any provlems....

JUST DO US A FAVOR, become a legal citizen, if you decide to stay..... AND WE WILL REMAIN FRIENDS.

Do you mean that you live in Brazil right now, and you want to go back to the United States right, if yes, then there shouldn't be a problem, since you still have your visa with you (as far as it didn't expire).

You need to make sure your visa is not expired. After that, you shouldn't have any. I'd call the state dept to make sure.

You have to file for a new visa, like everyone else should do.

If your visa is not expired u shouldn't, and your son is American, so that's all rite!

I think the question is how long have you been gone. Check with the immigration service, it is an easy ask to start with, you don't even have to give your name.

No idea. Hopefully we are cracking down on foreigners, but I doubt it. I wish that our government would crack down on people coming over here, having children so their children are citizens then they have the nerve to complain about our country.
