There might be, but the question I have to ask is WHY are they overweight? Are you buying groceries that are full of fat and sugar? Eliminate that, disconnect the internet and cable and you will be amazed how your kids will lose weight fast! Even if it just running back and forth from a freinds house to watch TV, haha.
