Cereal, muesli, Maple Pecan Crunch or somesuch.
Milk on top, splurge. Time passes, sogginess increases.
Munch through it, grimly, wondering why every day must begin like this.
It's good for you and all that, filling and nutritious, and if you don't eat it, you really miss it later in the day. But it is NOT an attractive menu.
Is it just me that's fed up with this routine? What's the alternative?

Well, you poor old thing! (said in a kindly, understanding tone of voice)
Try different cereals. If they go soggy too quickly, don't do anything else in between pouring the milk on and finishing eating them.
What about a cereal bar with a glass of milk?
What about toast and marmalade or jam, honey, chocolate spread, golden syrup?
Boiled egg, croissant, porage, fruit, yoghurt?
There's always bacon/ egg/ sausage/beans/tomatoes

I eat something different every day. I never plan it, it's just that some days I make a hot breakfast and some days I eat a cold cereal and other days I just have a breakfast bar. It all depends on what kind of mood I am in and how much time I have. Maybe you should try a little change up.

It's a flippin nightmare for me as I have wheat, dairy and sugar intolerances.
Grilled lean bacon and tomatoes are my favourite. It's that, or do without. All the other ususal breakfast things make me ill.

My favourite is a smoothie made with spinach, apples, avocado, ginger, cucumber and pineapple. Juice everything except the avocado and then blend the avocado in after. Delicious and keeps you going all morning.
