It depends on the person and the pregnancy. I've all but one of mine within a week or so, one I didn't feel at all (at least not so I knew what it was), and one I felt the next day.
Some women go well into pregnancy (months...sometimes all 9 months) without even knowing they are pregnant.
If you want to be pregnant, your best bet is to be taking good care of yourself by abstaining from intoxicants (alcohol, tobacco, drugs, etc.) AND taking a good prenatal vitamin. That's about all you'd be doing early on anyhow, even if you know you're pregnant.
If you don't want to be pregnant, you have 72 hours to seek morning after treatment to prevent pregnancy. Otherwise you'll face much tougher choices.

I felt pregnant 4 days after I had unprotected sex. My theory was correct because I took a pregnancy test 9 days after sex and discovered I was pregnant. I knew it before the results.

when u have unprotected sex that doesn't mean that you will get pregnet sometimes you wont and sometimes you will! and you will feel the effects when you start feeling sick you missed your period and stuff like that!
