Did anyone see "Superman Returns"?

What's up with "The Son becomes the Father and the Father becomes the Son"?

Is Jor-El God and is Kal-El (Superman) the Son of God?

Superman does get stabbed in the side, and there's that nice crucifix pose when he is dying.

And was Superman resurrected? It seems that he died and then was brought back to life, either by his own will or by the kiss of his son, Jason Lane.

Or maybe Superman is God, Jor-El is the Holy Spirit, and Jason Lane is actually the Son of God?

And if Jason Lane is the Son of God, does that mean that Lois Lane is a virgin?

And why did Lois deny the importance of Superman, if indeed he was here to save the world?

I need answers. Thanks.

I'm sold, let's take a pilgramage to the Fortress of Solitude for some serious Superprayer. I don't think Lois Lane was a virgin, Jimmy Olsen tapped that first.

There have been a lot of material written comparing the Superman story to Jesus Christ. Even a good book a couple decades back called "The Gospel according to Superman". Good read if you can find it. But the thing I have always found fun when the comparisons begin is that Shuster and Speigel, who created Superman as teenagers in 1938, were both Jews. So I kind of suspect the similarity were not intentional.

Superman shares similar origins to Jesus, Moses and other spiritual figures but that doesn't mean Superman is trying to be GOD. He is however, the ultimate SUPERHERO, for it was HE who invented the word and set the standard FOR ALL SUPERHEROES. We all know GOD, according to the bible, is a jealous GOD, and imitators are out of the question, but SUPERMAN isn't an imitator trying to convert you into Superman religion, the movie just want's to emphasize the importance of the character for he is the creator of the SUPERHERO GENRE, or sub-genre of Sci-fi, and just as Jesus Christ is such a important figure in our reality, so is SUPERMAN in the world of superheroes.

what replaced into Jesus waiting for, if he replaced into the actual Messiah, while the 1st Temple replaced into destroyed? the actual Messiah in basic terms has no longer yet come, the actual Messiah isn't waiting, as he's no longer think to be divine, he's a created entity in basic terms such as you and me GOD is the single waiting, and for what, i do no longer know, and that i in my opinion do no longer care, as i do no longer want the Messiah for my salvation.....as scripture broadcasts, it rather is via MY movements that i'm saved, no longer th Messiah's.......the promise of the Messiah replaced into no longer something greater then a promise that Israel might as quickly as lower back be united under a single banner, as a single usa, and with a single ruler in actuality, there are 2 Messiahs spoken of, in Zechariah, individual who's a clergyman, and individual who's a king, and the two shall reign, each and each on HIS very own throne Zechariah 6:13 Even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall submit to the honour, and shall take a seat and rule upon his throne; and he would be a clergyman upon his throne: and the tips of peace would be between them the two.

Alright,
There are a lot of similarities betwwen the gospel story and Superman.
I think they wanted it to reflect a savior in the world that we live in.
Also, The Chronicles of Narnia have a very close similarity.
I think you need to read the bible and pray. Also vist a chaplain and discuss with them because they were trained for things like this.
