Yes, the pills are causing the dreams, or at least making them more vivid/violent than you would normally have.
Tell your dad to make an appointment with the doctor that prescribed them. Tell the doctor how you are being affected by the pills. Get him to take you off them and try something else. If you stay on the prescription, it may get worse. You may actually kill someone, yourself, your dad, a friend.
Sometimes your body just needs to adjust to the new chemicals in the blood stream, but this isn't a risk you should be willing to take in this situation. It could get worse, it could get better, but either way you are a danger to yourself and others when you are mentally out of control due to chemicals. Dreams may come true in real life, and I'm sure you don't want that to happen.

I think so. Whenever I take medicine for my allergies, colds, or sinuses, I end up having very bad dreams that seem so real and long that night. I consider it a side-effect of taking medicine. So yes, I do believe your dreams are resulting from the pills you take.

You need to let your doctor know what these pills are doing to you before you harm either yourself or anyone else. Try to get some help. Those pills could be your major problem so hope all get well for you.

Our mind is a very powerful thing, when you take medication to change your brain and it's chemicals weird things can happen.
I wouldn't spend to much time on this one, if it continues I would talk to you doctor about it. We all have really werid dreams. I have LOTS and I'm not on any medication or have any problems that I'm aware of.

It is not out of the realm of possibility that the psychotropic drugs are causing you to hallucinate in your dreams. You should notify your doctor immediately. P.S. if a doctor didn't prescribe the medication and your school did or you are taking them illegally see a doctor anyways.

i think u're suppressing some hostility toward ur father and self and it's coming out in ur subconscious; i.e. vivid dreams. i think those pills are helping u suppress some of ur more violent feelings and this is ur mind's way of processing some of these feelings. at any rate, discuss it with ur doc if it worries u that much.

It sounds like you are scared of losing control, and you might be concerned about your medication. You probably need to consult with your Doctor. You may not think you are afraid of these things but listen to your subconscious.

I have heard that some anti-depressants have bad affects on teens and children. They cause violent and suicidal behavior.
