Maybe it was something in his dream...don't worry about it..my fiancee always frowns when I wake him up but this is just because he hates getting up in the morning and loves his sleep :)
If it is really bothering you ask him about it...i'm sure you will find it was nothing

it's not personal. i think the fact that you did it while he was sleeping is what annoyed him. it would annoy me if my gf randomly starting sucking on my neck while i was sleeping. he was probably really tired, and really didn't see the need to move. however, i suggest you speak to him about it, and explain what you're feeling about it. it's probably nothing, just a minor irritation in the heat of the moment. in future, i'd recommend just kissing his neck, or his lips, very lightly, because when my gf does that, it ALWAYS works, and i never push her away when she does that. dont just lunge in, you've got to be soft...delicate when you're doing things like that. hope i helped. good luck.

Chill if its a one time thing. Not all guys prefer to be woken in that manner. Look over it and leave the neck sucking to intimate times.

He was just sleeping. I wouldn't worry about it. people tend to do weird things when they sleep. ask him about it and he'll probably say that he had no idea because he was so tired. people do things in their sleep that they normally wouldn't do awake and they then don't even realize it. if it concerns you that much then ask him about it and make sure that he really does like it when you suck on his neck.

for me... if i sleep i don't want any body to disturb me ... specially if am really tired... i think that u tried to do some thing nice but he is in a state where he doesn't know what is he doing... so don't bother... i think that he will not remember it after waking up or if he do... he will apologize for it... take it easy. and try to avoid him while sleeping

It probably just startled him to wake up that way. When I'm sleepy, even things that normally would feel good and get me in the mood feel awful. My husband has to get used to that, I can't help it.

I think you need to talk to him and ask him what's going on? Try to do it in a way that will not upset him. Be calm. Do not raise your voice. If he freaks out and starts yelling and sreaming, tell him that you will try talking to him when he has calmed down and walk away.

laziness. :))
course I don't know anyone who would rather sleep on the couch then next to a woman. Unless of course you don't get along anymore.
