I went through Thomas Edison State College through New Jersey. way cheaper than Phoenix, and I did my work on-line. You take exams at your local library, usually the reference librarian will be your 'proxy' to make sure you don't cheat on a test. They collect it after your done and seal it and send it off. You can do guided study, which is at your own pace over the semester. I recommend on-line. many guided study classes wanted you to follow a schedule, but you are out there own your own. Go with on-line and you get more help from other students.
