Your body immediately begins to digest as you chew food, so you don't "erase" the calories you consume....
You also upset your potassium levels when you throw up. Plus you bring up strong digestive acids that wear the enamel off your teeth and burn your esophagus.
Remember Terry Shaivo? She was in a vegetative state and her pic was in the news.....She got that way from binging and throwing up. Don't do that to yourself.
If you overeat (eat unntil you get stuffed) every time you eat, then try drinking COLD water (at least a whole glass) before you eat anything. A meal should not exceed the size of your fist. Eat more than three meals (4,5,6) and just eat UNTIL YOU ARE NOT HUNGRY ANYMORE, not until you're stuffed. And roll over in bed and do 10 pushups and 10 situps or crunches before you get out of bed every day....this will ehlp speed up your metabolism. Don't skip any meals and trick your body into thinking you're starving and going into "hoard" mode. eat most of your carbs in the morning, and dairy, veggies and proteins at lunch(es) and dinner. Break a sweat at least once a day. You can even do simple stuff while watching tv. Scoot yout butt forward, sit at the edge of the couch, lean back on your elbows, tighten your abs, and lift your legs while keeping them straight. Kick them and move them from side to side. Do this for each entire commercial break in the show you're watching.....
Diet and ecercise are the only safe and healthy ways to stay slim.
Playing games with food and eating leads to eating disorders and poor health. It's not a good idea or quick fix....trust me.

DONT DO THIS! I used to do this because i was a stupid little girl and it's ok to admit it. The main bad effect is DEATH, and the rest of the effects aint that brill either. There are no good reasons to do this.
If you want to loose calories, exercise or do a sport that you like. Not only do you loose calories but your the condition of your skin and hair improve, you become more toned and you look and feel better than you would if you made yourself seriously ill.
If you do a sport you also meet new people.

Yes. you lose the calories.
However, you also lose all the nutrients, meaning it is the same as having eaten nothing. People don't last very long on no food.
The bad effects of it are malnutrition and eventual death. There are FAR better ways to lose/control your weight. If you honestly think that this course of action is a good idea, seek therapy. Seriously.

This is a disorder called Bullimia, and it is very bad for you. Apart from your body not getting the vitamins and nutrients that it NEEDS, you can also get a stomach ulcer, damage the enamel on your teeth, bowel movements ar affcted amoungst other things!
Do not do this mad form of controlling your weight. Just eat healthily and allow yourself to eat bad things once a week or so. You should be just fine then

no. Everything doesn't come back up. Your teeth can rot and get cavaties from the hydrochloric acid in your stomach and you can get esophageus problems. Eventually when you eat you will require less food and you'll find that your metabolism has slowed down a lot. Your hair can fall out your skin will start to look dry and old. Also your eyes can be blood shot and also have dark circles under your eyes.

Ok, you need to seek counseling for this. This is an eating disorder waiting to happen. There is nothing good about throwing up after you eat. It will cause long term damage to your intestines, esophagus, among many other things and you can DIE!!!
Go to the gym, eat right, DO NOT become bulimic to lose some weight. It is not the right answer and all you will do is hurt yourself and the ones you love.
Please seek help.

Throwing up also decays your teeth. You may wind up skinny, but your mouth will look brown and decayed. When you vomit, you rid your body of nutrients. Sickly skinny is not good. Eat healthy, natural foods, drink a lot of water, and you'll quickly lose weight AND look healthy.

No you do not lose much calories because most are already used up. Bad side effects:
-Burning of Esophagus
-Rotting of teeth
-Acid Reflux Disease
-Nausea
-Depression
-Bad relations with others
The list goes on. Why? Are you planning on going bolemic, and joining that group of self-abusers???

Dear Lord, that's called Belimia, don't do it! To all your people who are buying into this obesity crisis, don't you see that i've been right all along, the "crisis" is morphing into anorexia and belimea. If anyone works in the media, shut the heck up about us getting fat from eating a cracker, and concentrate more on real news!
