Not if the subject in the painting can be recognized as the model. If you're going to use your imagination to paint a nude body that you've never seen, then you can change the facial features enough to avoid embarrassment for the model.

At one time I posed for an artist wearing leotards. The final result was a nude, but the artist told me that was what he was going to do. He is also a watercolorist in the style of Walter Anderson. I believe if the model is aware and consents, there should be no problem.

If a model poses with clothes on and she/he is painted in the nude, I think that is unehtical.

When I look for models for specific art projects, I ask them to sign a release or contract, if you will. In black and white, it states what my intentions are in using their image. Sometimes, it's mentioned how the model is dressed at the session. It also shows if the model is being paid and if there is payment, the amount given is entered and also if any future monies are due the model.

If the model objects with what is written, we go over it and if we can't agree, then I move on to the next model.

No, i doesn't believe him yet Scott Brown hasn't ever been a Conservative. he's professional-selection and voted for his state's well being reform bill. he's from Massachusetts no longer South Carolina or Texas;-) it is going to likely be exciting to work out how briskly he variations into between the "merely Say No boys" once he's sworn in. it is too undesirable and intensely unhappy that good, really good Republicans are by no skill allowed to imagine for themselves.

As long as the model agrees it's ok. Colleges do it all the time.
