I do plan weddings. I think the crucial bit of your solemnization is the JP. You may go to the Registry of Marriage website for JP's info. They do go out of the registry,but be prepared to pay more than the usual.

When ask for catering quote,do let them know you will need extra table and chairs for your solemnization and they will quote you and take care of it. All you need is 2 3ft table and 3 cushion chairs with seat covers.
Unless you are Christians or Catholics,but your churches will help you with that.

The paper (cert) will b prepared by the JP. You might want to get your own solemization pen with your names on it though.

For catering,if you want good food and don't mind the cost, try "Purple Sage" or "Kriston".
If you have a budget,you might want to try "Continental Delights". You might also want to ask around for reference.
