I recently had a bout of eczema on my hands and it has now gone from the tiny blister stage to the peeling of skin on my hands and palms. Does anyone know how to stop or lessen the peeling? I've been using neutrogena hand cream and it works for about 20 minutes and then its gets dry and peely again...

I have eczema, here's what I do: Take Omega 3 Fatty Acids and some vitamin E (internally). You will be amazed if you use these two things, and also Quarcetain can help stop the inflamation. It helps a lot, so give it a try!

(ps - most creams don't work. I've had eczema for 10 years and now it's finally starting to clear up because of the internal suppliments)

Have you taken any medicine lately? I have an allergic reaction to some antibiotics. Never know which ones. My skin literally peels off the palm of my hands. It also stars under my nail and peels all down my fingers. I feel like a reptile! Other than that have you changed dish soap, body soap, hand lotion? It could be an allergy to any of these. Take care not to use products with alcohol in them (Sparingly) Surprisingly, allot of hand lotions have it in them Try Eucerin it's pricey but worth it. Watch the amount of hand sanitizer you use, if you do. If it continues, see your MD or dermatologist.

Eczema patients can avoid scratchy fibers for softer ones like bamboo, cotton, or silk, which are gentler on the skin. Opting to buy organic fibers can also be a wise, healthy, and eco-friendly alternative. Learn here https://tr.im/CZARt
