Most women do this in order to pleasure their partner. We believe that it is enjoyable for men. We also love to make sure that our partner is getting properly aroused. We want them to enjoy foreplay just as much as we do. It is pleasurable to me because I like to see my husbands reaction and hear him moan. I have done it during sex but I prefer to do it before intercourse. If a woman does it during sex it is usually to keep their partner properly erect which may help in certian situations. Like if you are tired or something.

First of all when you are with someone you really care about you want to make them feel good. intercourse is all about making each other feel good, letting all your inhibitions go relaxing and giving pleasure to one another ....sounds to me you have some sex hang ups....
