You might try make-up. Use a foundation that is slightly darker than your skin tone for the places you'd like to be smaller, and slightly lighter for the bits you want to appear bigger. Be ready to spend some time practicing before you go out with it.
Otherwise, learn to love your nose just as it is. Chances are, you are the only person who thinks it is defective.

noses are reshaped all the time when someone hits you and breaks your nose, that would definitely reshape it without surgery. Not sure that is the look you want tho.
The only way to turn a misshapen nose into a more regular and pleasing shape is thru surgery.

The only way you could is if you purposely broke it! And it would most likely not give you the desired change in shape I'm afraid, aside from being harmful and entirely painful!
