I'm making wine, I need 40lbs of grapes, I have 12 lbs ripe, how do I store them till i reach 40lbs?

do i crush and freeze ? Do I just freeze them whole

CRUSH THEM AND FREEZE THE MASH

The best way would be to crush them and start fermentation. You can store the wine and add to it for aging without spoilage.

just quarter the recipe and make 10 pounds worth instead...... I don't think you could probably store them....you probably need the freshest ingredients .....you wouldn't want the grapes to bad
