I have a powerpoint presentation that i want to show a few people but i dont want them to be able to copy or edit anything. i know i can save it with a password but if i make it read only dey will still be able to copy it all by saving it as a new file...is there an easy way of preventing dem from copying anything but still being able to view it?

if not i have thought abt copying all the slides into adobe pdf (i have da professional version of acrobat) but how can i do dis easily? can i simply copy all da slides into a pdf file? can anyone help with dis plz...

you can protect by password

Adobe PDF is the best option. If you have Adobe Acrobat Professional, you should simply be able to PRINT the powerpoint to a pdf file. Keep in mind that if you have animations on your slides, the pdf may look screwey. Hope that helps.

There is no way , but you can use Macromedia Flash to creat a file so close to powerpoint presentation.

microsoft office has a read-only feature they will let you enable when sharing your office files with others

zip it & add password to it

use zip or pasword protect or make it readonly or ........................i dont know ..............i forgot it
