Be at peace. Each little choice can grow into your mind to seem much larger than it really is. Imagine your daily life as a path walking over a stream, individual stones to carry you over the water. Each stone is a choice. Watch your step by making your choices carefully, but remember, most all of them will take you toward the shore. And even if you slip and fall occasionally: it is not a very deep stream and the water will not hurt you.

You just need to boost your confidence in this area. It's because you fear making the wrong decision. Try writing yourself a 'pro/con' list before coming to a decision on any matter, take your time. The more you do this and feel comfortable with seeing the 'bigger picture' of even the littlest of decisions, you'll be able to do mental 'pro/con' lists to the point of making concise, correct, snap decisions. Start with this answer to your question; is it the correct solution to your dilemma? Go get that note pad and pen... Take good care :-)

The very last man or woman i might want to trust is a persons ex. Does it seem to you that he's able to creating judgements? It sounds to me like he might want to quickly make a decision to end your relationship. i do not recognize something about the dynamics of your relationship, so that you want to go back to a decision what you opt for.

Yes - I've just answered a related topic. It comes from trying to please others before yourself. They become so reliant upon you catering to their feelings, that they become angry with your decisions that generate results below 100% perfect. Consequently, it sets up a chain reaction in your brain causing stress and anxiety, because you know that it's impossible to keep absolutely everyone happy, but you must. At first you worry about important things, but given time and constant negative feedback, the reaction becomes hard-wired and automatically kicks in on trivial problems.

I am indecisive most of the time and usually go along with what other people want to do even if I don't want to. That way it is not my mistake when it was a bad decision.

I don't mind making decisions that only affect me, but my job makes me make decisions that could cost people their lives. So next time you are making a decision think that it could be worse. You need to get broader shoulders and think to yourself do i look bothered, even if you are.

Many people do but they are necessary - it is often said that even a wrong decision is better than no decision at all. And once you have taken it you can move on.

I can't decide.
Just kidding ;) Decisions are hard to make...so make CHOICES!
Difference?
decisions are based on the outcome of your choice.
CHOICES are just that...you CHOOSE to do something whether or not your outcome is what you wanted.
Example: chocolate or vanilla? choose.
let's just say you said chocolate and I ask "why did you choose chocolate?"
if you say "because I like it better than vanilla".....WELL, that's a DECISION.
on the contrary, if you say "because I choose chocolate"...just like that, no reason, just "because I choose chocolate"....well that's a CHOICE.
try it. no worries about outcomes...you do something because you do something.
does that help ya?
