Think or do things that turn you on. Like maybe reading erotic stories, or watch a movie that has nudity in it, think dirty thoughts of things that you would love done to yourself.
When you get turned on start touching yourself and do what feels good, then if you are not already touching your cl!t move to it and start touching yourself there and find out what feels good and stick with it. EXPERIMENT and have fun.

Are you sure about what u said?It's not a good idea.Find new friends and try to be happy.It's not an obligation to have sex.Think of other good things.There's too much to do rather than sex.
