Is it comes in mixed form of amla, harde, barde ?
Yet I have one pack from shop that contains a packet with title triffal - and have something that doesn't looks like mixture of three items, but only one type of granules. what are they?

trifalla is ayurvedik medicine formulla , it is given to buffello to come in heat so that it can be pregnent as i know

Use for
- cure in constipation
- Good for eyes ( water of triffala on daily morning , remove ur spectacles!!)
- Cure in unnecessary internal body heat ( sharir ki garmi)
