Anyone know just how many calories are in the foods served at the Iowa State Fair or similar? For instance, corn dogs, 1/2 lb tenderloins, turkey drumsticks, etc. Just curious just how much damage one does at these events.

Dont' have a list, but I'm thinking a turkey leg is a better choice than a funnel cake or curley-fries! A candied-apple is better than a caramel one, and a tenderloin is better thana corndog as far as calories go!

And drink a Diet Coke w/ them... cancels out the calories! ;-)

A LOT!!!! If you are going to a State Fair, there is only one reason: THE FOOD! It's not like you do it everyday. So, give yourself a treat and do a couple extra miles on the StairMaster.

Does major damage. Other than bottled water, nothing there is going to be "good for you" even if it's "good".

Deep fried snickers bars... i mean come on....
