I'm in my late 20's and not overweight, but I have this pocket of fat around my chin and neck that I really want to get rid of. What's the best way to remove fat from that area?

If you have too much neck fat then you must be above normal weight, therefore general weightloss will get rid of it. If this is not the case and you are normal size (if unsure check your bmi, use nhs direct online bmi calculator) then there may be an underlying health problem causing it. In which case you should contact your gp with the problem.
