God first, then the following depending on the circumstances: my journal, my best friend, my mom, my boyfriend, non fiction books, and books on tape (like Steve Chandler tapes). Taking a walk seems to wash negativity and frustration out of the mind, too.
Also, when all else fails veg out by the tv until i again realise how futile this is - then go back to my sources for help.

I fall to my knees and beg my Savior, Jesus Christ, to help me through the moment. Only his guidance has helped me to understand what HE seeks from me and I follow HIS answers to the best of my ability. When the frustration, confusion, and lack of understanding intrudes in my day, I have realized it is not me who is in this state. It is up to me to recognize the difference and the affects of those who I care about the most and are causing my state of mind, are the ones who need the help and my prayers. It made me realize what GOD needs from me and the reason HE gifted me with the love I have in my heart........

My bible - many answers have been provided to me through its teachings - pray for wisdom - its the greatest gift one can receive - richer than gold, silver - many persons have knowledge - few have wisdom - that is what you should seek - i understand your confusion, I myself have been through alot these last three years - more than I could have ever imagined - but clear decision making starts with a clear mind - ask for forgiveness - and give forgiveness to others - how can the Father forgive you - unless you forgive others - ask for answers and they will be given - sometimes not in the timeframe you want but in the timeframe that is set for you to completely understand

My old Bob Dylan records and everything becomes clear. If that doesn't work for you call up the local Helpline and talk to a professional healer anonimously and for free.

God. I'm much more comfortable spilling my guts to Him than to any friend or family member. I know He always knows the best answer for me, and I trust Him.
