Low fat/low calorie food and drink.

Bottom line...to lose weight (i.e. burn fat) you need to use more calories than you take in. So, cut back bad food you eat, and do some walking or running (hey, it's free!) and you should notice a change at the scale in a few weeks. it'll take time to lose it all though. be patient.

Water is the best thing that a person can drink, however, you can drink decaf tea or coffee. Also crystal light can add a touch of flavor to water.
The water is important because it can make you feel full, it also helps to flush your system.

As far as food goes..
egg whites or egg beaters are a great alternative to eggs

try to stay away from red meat, instead have chicken, fish, and things like that.

Whole wheat breads and things with grains in it.

Food with high fiber... oat meal is a good one.

Have lots of veggies with a meal to fill you more. You could also have a salad before your main course to fill you up.

The brand "Skinny Cow" has a great lineup of desserts that are pretty low in calories and fat. Also fat free fudgcials (sp) are a great treat.

well water is acutally the best
if your not a big fan of water ---(ME)
then get those crystal light packets
theyre only 5 calories per packet, sub sugar
they taste just like koolaid
try Fruit 2O. Propel. Dasani flavored water
theyre all really good
and thats a good way to step you down to water
then youll be so used to it

and if you drink juice
drink like juicy juice or real orange juice
non of that fake stuff
if your going to get the sugars
might as well get the vitamins with it right?

I know this sounds redundant but water is the best drink for weight loss.

Drink water and green tea is suppose to help with weight loss, and vegies, and fruit and protien.

cut out soft drinks, drink a lot of water. you will lose a lot of weight by aliminating pop.

I highly recommend the South Beach Diet. It is very specific on what to eat and drink and not hard to follow.
