An excellent fitness centre (and free!) is the great outdoors. Put comfortable shoes on, go for a fast paced walk. Find a street with a steep incline - or better yet, that park near you with that hilly terrain and run uphill. If you work on the fifth floor, use those stairs, forget the elevator. do it slow at first, then on subsequent weeks, do it faster, a matter of increasing you heart rate. Tons of ways to exercise without having to spend an extra dime

Hey friend ,

Always follow the natural way to lose weight! So

First fix a goal about how much weight do u want to lose ..?
Then start slowly ..progress gradually .
Start with 20 mins walking routines to 30 mins .
walk or jog 30 mins 5 times a week .If u can afford for a gym , you can try that too or just get some weights at home and try lifting small weights and gradually increase.

Check on your diet too..intake lots of fruits and vegetables and decrease the intake of rice . In the night eat before 8:00 p.m.
If you have late night cravings get a yogurt cup or a cereal bar or some nuts and munch on it ! But again portion of what goes in is important .

you can give yourself a day in week where u can eat whatever u want and the next day your usual routine starts.

The only way to actually lose weight is to burn more calories than you take in. So...you need to take a hard look at what you are eating and you might need to cut back on some things. Then, doing some exercise to help burn some extra calories helps as well. Two great ways to burn calories for free are walking and running.

Also, you don't want to lose more than a couple pounds a week to stay healthy!

sorry, i dunno whr ur so i cant tell u where to go, but you could try drinking lemon juice in the morning. take one lemon, squeeze out the juice, strain it, and put it in a glass of hot/little more than lukewarm water and drink it on an empty stomach early in the morning. alternatively, you can put in honey in the lemon juice but please dont take any readymade bottled juice or sugar in it.

avoid junk food like the plague, take some deep-breathing exercises in the morning, if you have the time and patience, you can join aerobics, or tune in to your fav station and dance the fat away!

god has given us a beautiful world, so y dont you hit the beaches, of the parks or the mountain paths or whereever you are, go for a walk, look at the greenery, admire the flowers in the way,smell the breeze, feel the sunshine on your face.. be happy, coz contentment lends a glow to your face.

the most ignored part of the human anatomy is the feet, so feel happy that you have got two feet that help you to walk, and utilize those gifts. use the stairs instead of the lift, walk to the shops instead of using the car or other conveniences, carry your load yourself, eat food atleast half an hour before sleeping, take warm milk before sleepin to aid digestion.

avoid oily stuff, and follow a veg diet.

if you dont become too rake thin like th models, then remember that fat in the right places makes you look superb, and dont look at those anorexic models and be happy that you are healthy, coz its health in the long run that is better than being thin now and having to face disease as you age.

above all, avoid artificial things like medications to ensure that you get slim naturally coz its more beneficial in the long run. have a happy time trying!! n all d best!

To tone your muscles do suryanamakar exercise daily.Avoid fats,sugar in your diet.Go for brisk walking daily for about 30 to 40 mins.Have a glass of warm water with lime and honey on empty stomach daily,this would help you to lose weight without any side-effects and keep you healthy.You don't need to join any health club

To loose you should have strong will to loose otherwise difficult.
Eat/drink milk,pulses,beet root,fruits salad or juice,veg salad or soup,
Discontinue Liquor,Non Veg,Chillies,Sour,Cold drinks,Heavy undigestible food.smoking
sometimes fasting is also important

eat lot of fresh , green and fibre content vegetables.
drink 8 litres of water a day.
do lot of exercise preferably early in the morning.
if not go for a walk in the morning and evening.
do not eat after and before exercise and walk.
do not eat sweets and fat content foods.
try to drink diet milk before bed.
