If you know how to deal with electronics that often have high voltages and current, possibly. The biggest problem will be getting parts of it needs parts. Manufacturers won't sell you parts if it encourages novices to dig around inside a dangerous device.
It also depends entirely on what's wrong with it. If a knob fell off, yes, you can probably fix it. If a baseball went through the screen and smashed it, probably not.
