You need to see a mental health specialist. You do not mention whether you are single or not, I assume you are. If you are in a loving longterm relationship, you need to overcome the fact of trust you have for your partner. There is nothing wrong with insisting that you and your partner be tested for STDs prior to sex. As far as pregnancy, Im sure you are aware of the multitude of choices you have to prevent pregnancy. If you are really affected by this fear, use several. (BC pills, and a diaphragm for example. Each has a 99.9% effective rate, and in combo, your chances of winning the lottery are better than getting pregnant).
However, I do think you have to face any pschological issues that may be affecting this. Sex is far too important part of ones life to be fearful of.

Perhaps your difficulty with sleeping makes you feel tired all the time and takes away your sex-drive.

Getting enough sleep every day is a part of being healthy. And if you are not getting enough sleep, then you have a health problem which you need to take care of.

maybe the few times you did have sex, they were"traumatic" for whatever reason. maybe you don't see them as traumatic, but they kinda "rubbed you soul the wrong way" or something like that. I know for me, in the begining, when i started having sex, i wasn't very goood at it, and that would make me nervous or i'd
worry about never making the guy come, and i never worried about my "O" so i never really enjoyed sex. lol now im like a fiend.
so I'd say, "practice males perfect" you'll just have to keep
"trying" find out what you like and don't like, you have to gain confidnce in yourself before you can have mutual enjoyable sex

You're nomal. Sexual lust or passion for women is largely a myth and it's mostly a way having babies and a happy marriage for them. And you wouldn't to have it before you're married, anyway.
