The average woman is only 5-6 inches deep. If u do have a big one it is impressive. Tooooo large is not comfy for most women no matter what u heard. 6 inches is the average, but their are guys with big ones and have no idea what they are doing, and men with smaller ones and will rock ur world. So its not exactly the size of the penis, but how he uses it.
I will say girth( width) is important though, we dont wanna feel like we're being stabbed

It is ok for a guy not to have 12". As long as its not a pencil but still large and you know how to work it. You do what you do.

It is what you can do with it. I think 12 inches is too big! If you are small you need to get creative on how to please a woman. There are many things you can do. Help her move while she is on top. That always works!

AVERAGE is the best. the vagina has only an average 6" canal. More than that will give the woman a lacerated cervix and infections. Its how the guy writes his pen.
