Does anyone with a recommendation for a good martial arts school in Central NJ.
I studied a version of Shotokan Karate for several years and I'm looking for a new dojo. I'm looking for a serious school (not one of these franchises or fly-by-night places) to restart my study.

Hello, I would look at some of the Yahoo groups of martial arts. They will have people to ask specific questions from alot of different arts, also they will have specific links to schools in your area.
