You can take them to your veterinarians office and ask for them to dispose of the bodies. I believe that it is illegal to put carcasses in the garbage can in most cities.
Also get your mother cat fixed. This sounds like a recurring problem. There are way too many homeless cats roaming around and by letting your cat breed at will you are just adding to the problem. Not only that, but for every litter of kittens your cat has you are shortening her life span. Cats that aren't spayed are more likely to get breast cancer than cats who are spayed.

I had this happen 4 months ago. I removed the baby right away and buried it. I did this mostly for my kids sake. The mom cat didnt even notice since I took it out right away. And if mom can does notice, she may meow alot looking for it, but this will stop after a few days.

U cant flush e'm,or trow them. Would u trow one of your cousin's or anyone u know that died?No,right! So, I think u should think well....... But whatever u do, DO NOT keep them near your cat for too long. Later, when u want to bury the baby's, the cat will be very sad and will make a lot of sounds. Just like my dog. So Please ,just bury them,dont do anything bad to them.OK

Well, you might do what we did with our puppies that died. We wrapped them in plastic bags (several layers) and put them in the bottom of the freezer (yeah, kinda gross it seems) then put them in the trash just before the collectors came. That way there was no smell and the other dogs didn't try to dig them up.

Bury them in the back yard and say a prayer for them. Then get your cat SPAYED !

Put them in a box or bag and find somewhere to burry them. Don't try to flush them...it wont work...and don't just toss them in the trash.

the mother usually takes care of this if not pick up the dead kitten and burry it
