The bible wasn't one of the choices, One Promise, but I guess you were to dumb to understand the question. Don't waste everyone else's time. it is rude.

I think the Buddhist Sutras are the most spiritually refreshing. I think the Torah is the most sophisticated. Just my opinion.

Isn't the gospels part of the Bible? if that is what you mean by the gospels then i would pick that one as the most refreshing. And the most sophisticated intellectually...most of the prophecies it makes have come true and the history is totally correct, no errors in there at all.

There is enough intellectualism in each, to be honest, but only the Gospels and Epistles really offer legitimate hope...
