its unlikely. Your body is still leveling out its hormones, so its quite possible that you'll skip a period.
besides that, d&c's screw up your internal PH, and for some women it can take months to get it righ again so the sperm can survive long enough to reach and egg.
but, that doesnt mean that its impossible for you to be pregnant again already, or that you cant get pregnant again quickly. Its all up to your body and how it functions.

I had a D&C at 16wks I skip a period the first month. It took 2-3 months before my period became regular. But it did change from being at the beginning of the month to the end. I was 28 days but now I am 30 days.
But it is also possible for you to become pregnant as well. But I doubt that is what is happening to you. I wouldn't recommend trying to get pregnant too soon. You can have a higher risk of having another m/c it you get pregnant too soon. That doesn't mean it will happen though. My husband and I waited 7 months to try again. But it is said you should wait after having two periods...Good Luck

yes, you can expect your period to be goofie because you had a miscarriage. been in the same boat. Didn't get my period for 6 weeks after. And I was a 24-28 day cycle.
you should not try to get pregnant right away because you are asking for another miscarriage. The uterus needs time to heal and get itself together.
i doubt if you are, but you can do a at home test, then call the doc if it shows positive. Are you running a fever? if so, you need to call the doc.
Remember, we get pregnant in our fallopian tubes first then the embryo finds it's way to the uterus to attach and grow. if it doesn't attach properly, then it miscarries or you just get your period and start all over again. Women have more miscarriages then we realize because of the embryo not properly attaching at the very early stages of pregnancy. We never know and it is normal. Don't worry - be happy!

Yes you can get pregnant. After a D & C, some women's cycle gets thrown off. Especially if it was due to a miscarriage. You should start within 4 to 6 weeks. If you don't you will need to see your doctor. You didn't mention if you are on birth control. That could also throw off your cycle. I am sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I went through one and I know how hard it can be.

I had a miscarriage 2 years ago and had to have a d&c and didn't get my period for a month after wards. I also spotted for a couple of days after the d&c too. My doctor told me to wait at least a couple of months before trying to get pregnant again.

you're probably not pregnant again so fast. It takes about six weeks for your body to re-adjust and get back to a normal menstrual cycle. If it's much longer or you think you may be pregnant, call a doctor. You shouldn't be trying to get pregnant for about 2 or three months to let your body rest anyway. Good luck!

your period may not come again until your next menstrual cycle begins. a d&c can sometimes mess up your bodies cycles so give it some time. i had a d&c years ago and it was a horrible experience and my period didn't come again until a month and a half after and it was very very very heavy. doubt you could pregnant again already. my advice is just to relax, recover from your ordeal, and take it as it comes. it'll come when it's ready, trust me.

There are things about the human body that we have in common BUT and that is a big but, no layman has enough experience to tell you what is going on with you. You need to go to a doctor or a nurse practioner who specializes in OB/GYN. Please do it as soon as you can. If you are young enough to think about having children later in your life, this decision to see a doctor could affect your ability to be a parent later.

I had one done and my cycle started the same time. You might want to ask your OB/GYN to make sure.
