I met someone on line and know their yahoo e-mail address. I would like to know more about them before I meet them and want to know if I can find out more by their e-mail address/

I see where you're coming from. I think it would be against some law for web sites to violate the privacy of their account members "Real Names & Addresses".
Also, there are so many places that a person can use a computer from these days: examples: Libraries, Friends & Families homes, Cyber Cafe's, etc etc....So tracing an email adr, if you can do it, can lead you no-where. Good Luck with your line friend.

You need to be careful when meeting someone online if you decide to meet make sure you do it in a very public place with lots of people around and keep it like that for a while is the safest way however my sister met her husband online and they are very happy and he is a very nice person

well if you recieved any emails from that person you can look at the IP address, and find to whom that IP address belongs
