if going to move.. then i suggest you dont say it. it'll just make things worse but u can say it after u leave. but worse i mean if u get too carry on with the relationship then u will really miss her and it'll make u sad and for the girl too. but i guess if she doesn't like u.. then no regret at least you told her, so be prepared! good luck!
