It's only a sin if your religious, but then again it's a sin to be gay and how many gay vicars and priests are there? In my opinion you should live your life the way you choose and not by some made up, hypocritical fairy tale.
Think for yourself and make your own decisions you'll feel better for it.

It is not true. It is a big lie that if you eat fast food you will drop dead. Fast food is actually good nutritionally for you. Fish Fillet, quarter pounders, and fries are good enough to keep you fit and heathty.

Sin or not, quality over quantity. Why be perfectly healthy for 80 years and totally miserable. No, I'm not obese, I just try to enjoy myself. Life is too short and miserable to quibble the little things. Life is about choices, one of the few that hasn't been intruded upon.

it's easy to fall into that with now a days type foods, it's a sin if you let it become that, you can always be forgiving. have dignity for yourself, and you'll feel better, and eat smart... natural foods, fruits veggies, fish, lean meats, like in the old years.

It sounds like gluttony, for one thing. Gluttony is one of the Seven Deadlies.

But more importantly than that, it shows no disregard for the family members, friends, and loved ones you'd leave behind at an early age.

It's one thing for someone to die young through no fault of their own. But if a person has no disregard whatsoever for their health and well-being, and it leads to an early death, it doesn't just affect them. It affects everyone in their lives.

One of the reasons I try to take very good care of my health and fitness, is that I want to be here for as long as possible -- and one reason for that is there are people in my life who love me and want me around and would be very unhappy if anything were ever to happen to me.

There are also a few people who are, at least to some extent, dependent on me -- for help, for advice, even for financial support.

I take care of myself for their sake, as well as for theirs.
