not at an exact science , but I take calcium +D EVEVRYDAY 500 2x a day , my hair is growing and my nails :) Of course I'm old that's the reason I take it , but heyyyyyyyyyyy it may work for u too :)

it really is what you gotta do: one million. Get a nutrition E pill (maximum of them is offered in gel pill type that has a liquid interior. Any style will do.) 2. Get a needle and dad the pill. 3. There are many things that claim to make your hair grow, how ever I don't think that any of them actually make your hair grow longer. One trick that I do know of is to braid your hair very tightly before you go to bed. The strain on the hair follicle will trigger the hair to grow to relieve the strain.

this may sound silly but it works rub your hair like on the top of your head like 3 times a day it works we did it on mine and its now to the end of my back

Hi,if you stimulate your roots everyday it will grow faster all you need to do is massage your scalp,it works better if you massage whilst conditioning you hair.
