First be calm and relaxed. A person can tell your reactions on the phone..like if you're if your smiling. Think positive and let it flow let the interviewer know the real you.

Well be confident. Your voice and pitch should be moderate so that you sound confident when you answer. Answer all questions to best of yur knowledge and ask some good questions when the interviewer expects you to.
