Two people just walked by the front of my house with owls on there arms! If I lived in the country I could understand it but i don't! Also its chucking it down with rain & has been for the last hour so there not going to want to fly in this weather are they?

Are you sure the owls weren't carrying the people? Humans are squeezing hard on owl habitats. Perhaps the owls are adapting?

Don't really know, maybe they were going somewhere and they had to have their owls with them? or they might have been the hunters. if you think it is something important, ask them. it is your choice really

posing with their new pets some people currently think its cool to keep a bird of prey until they just throw it aside for the next cool pet be seen with.
