I can't find a contact number & i tried to e-mai the guy with no response...& unfortunately I used a debit card not a credit card :(

If MaddMax is right you could call Petsmart and complain... The big companies don't like it when things they sponser give them a bad name...

It's sponsored by petsmart so I wouldn't think they're a scam. Give them a call or drop them an email and see what's taking so long. You can cancel a payment from your credit card for up to 30 days after you receive your monthly statement.
