www.freetranslation.com.
you can translate:
English to Spanist
English to French
English to German
English to Italian
English to Dutch
English to Portuguese
English to Norwegian
English to Simplified Chinese
English to Traditional Chinese
And the other way around (spanish to english, french to english)
What you want to do is goto the right hand side, type anything you want to translate in the tanish box, and then click Free Translation...NOT Human Translation!!! It will bring you to a different page asking you to pay...Good Luck with whatever it is your translating...P.S If you click on Human Translation, it will ask you to pay
$50.00 / £35.00 / €45.00.

I suggest you not learn it on line. Don't try to read at first.
Buy some CDs and listen to them until you are accustomed to the pronunciation.
The best way is to find a teacher.

Try www.worldlingo.com, but this will just translate the words from english to spanish and would not necessarily give you the phrases that natives use.
