By getting a good nights sleep. Don't drink coffee because 1 the caffeine is bad for you and wont let you sleep at night. 2. Drink lots of water to clean out your system. If you are one of many who have to work long hours and have many responsibilities try at night before bed drinking some chamomile tea and use relaxation techniques to clear your mind before you sleep. I hope this helps you.

Use the sleeptracker watch to wake you up. It monitors your sleep waves and continuously looks for your best possible waking times. You can even check to see how you slept b/c it stores one night’s worth of your almost-awake moments for your review. You can discover how many times you were almost awake during a night, and the average time between those moments That way, you can compare data from different nights to see how restless each night’s sleep was.
I also used to have the same problem......Id get 9 hours of sleep and wonder why Im so fricken tired. I believe that it's just too much sleep. Also, dont hit snooze. You become more tired after you hit snooze and fall back asleep.
I havent bought the watch yet, but Im gonna! Hitting snoze five times just doesnt help!!
Also, I cant be drinking lots of water. I drink a gallon a day and Im still tired!!

Are you fighting drowsiness or fatigue. If you are fighting drowsiness then get some sleep. If you are fighting fatigue then you may want to see a professional, it may be something more serious.
