Gosh, I can't believe some of the replies above...
Anyway: I think you should ask this same question in "psychology"-section instead. You'll probably get many interesting clues from people who lived/live the same feeling as yours.
I suggest you to talk about this feeling to a doctor. I am sure he/she will give you some good advice.
Don't feel guilty about such a feeling. The human body is a complex biological "machine" and many times, a little change can improve the way it works.

Perhaps you are focusing too much on what you DON'T have, instead of what you DO have.
Count your blessings, and consider keeping a gratitude journal of both large and small things that are good. It's amazing how many there are, when you start noticing and appreciating them. It will give you a positive perspective.
As Dr. Phil says, "There is no reality, there's only perception".

Because you get what you look for in life. If you're looking for the good in life, you'll find it. If you're a cynical person, cynical ideas will continue to enter your mind. Satisfaction is a state of mind. It might be a better question to ask yourself, "why don't you?" rather than, "why can't you?"

Do not worry ,pal.Nobody is..I have met millionaires who are sad,I have met models who are always worried about their looks..It is simply human nature.I think satisfied are only 2 categories of people-sadly very different one from the other:The ones who philosophize life cause they have the mentality to partially understand life and the completely stupid who are the happiest and therefore luckiest too ,people on earth

Saint Augustine once said of God, My soul cannot rest until it rests in you.
We only find true and lasting satisfaction in life when we belong to Christ and conform to His will. Once we do come to Christ and truly are one of His, its not a form of subservience or slavery...we gain the desire to conform. Its a relationship, the same as finding another person you just want to be with and please.
