No u have to be married, but she/you can get on Healthy Start. They go by only your income, and if you make to much at least the baby is covered. To get on that contact your local Job and Family Services...

No, but when the baby is born you can put the baby on your insurance. For her to be put on your insurance you guys have to be married! Good LUCK

I highly doubt it as changes to insurance are usually based on a change in family status. However, the baby will be covered after birth on dad's insurance if you add him/her.

My daughter is living with her boyfriend and is pregnant.. Yes , there is a clause in his insurance for a live in mate... so just check with his insurance ... some do it.....

I don't know,but they aught to allow it.It aught to be for any woman and children that a man's involved with. Just like a woman's insurance covers her children even if she isn't married.It ought to be called lifestyle-partnership insurance,since unmarried people do have mates,and children and needs.

Depends on the company's policy. In Massachusetts, domestic partners are entitled to benefits. I believe Disney Companies may allow it. Most states and companies won't though. You'd have to check with his policy.

it`s diffrent state to state and insurance to insurance company some states it is mandutory others its not if your state is big on gay rights thier probly a clause in thier about live in partners which would cover you if not.........

No she cannot use his insurance...they have to be married for her to use his insurance.
