in islam, can a pregnant woman pray siting?

Question

in islamic prayers, can a woman sit on the mat cross leged or other sitting postion?
as it is too painful to get up.
also is it allowed if she has muscular disability, and gets pain from standing to siting.

in Islam. if you are able to pray standing then do it. if you can't then pray while setting, if you can't then pray while laying back, if you can't then pray with your head (neck), if you can't then pray with your eyes. Islam is easy.

Anyway Yes pregnant women are allowed to make prayer while sitting down, the prayer should never be made in pain, if sitting down makes it easier for her to pray while she is pregnant then she is allowed to do that she will get praise from allah (swt) for finding a way to pray while she is pregnant, instead of avoiding it.
My grandfather has a bad leg which makes it hard for him to walk and bend down because it is so week so he sits on a chair while praying, you are allowed to make prayer easier for yourself when you are finding it difficult to pray in the normall way : )

Yes, you can pray sitting if you are not able to do it the right way. My friend prayed sitting the last 3 weeks she was pregnant. Mesum, my mother in law prays like that with the two chairs too, she has bad arthritus.
