Do the Atkins diet and you will lose 20 lbs in one month. Stick to the induction phase the whole time. It's safe and many doctors recommend it. Incorporate some exercise every day and dedicate at least 1 hour 3 times per week to exercise.

Don't cheat. It is doable. Read the book or the website phase of induction to get the allowable foods list.

(Don't buy or use the Atkins food or products. Just stick to the natural and fresh foods on the approved list.)

Well first off you will need to go on a diet. Cut out every junkfoods you have and if you get hungry in the afternoon try drinking water to make yourself full. Next try sleeping early, because you will need to wake up early in the morning to jog for 1 hour, minimum of 30 minutes(DO NOT eat anything except for a banana and a glass of water before you run in the morning). After that try running 3 more times in the afternoon (1hour or 30 minutes each jog) Try not to stop while you r jogging, at at the same pace. Do different types of abominal exercises(crunches, situps, reverse leg crunch, side crunch, captain's chair etc.)Choose 3 exercises for your abs, and do 2 sets of 35 reps or more for each exercise every hour, if you can. stretch out your abs before and after you work them out. One last tip, DO NOT EAT PAST SIX O'CLOCK.Do this 6 days a week

Hi Fayona,

For eats: You'll get a lot of answers for this one, but really I think the best way is to go on a professional diet. Here's a good list of diets in a buyer's guide I use:

For exercise, do a combination of weight training, aerobic activity, and a sport you love that involves a lot of movement.

I hope this helps you.

A good way to lose weight is to cut out all refined sugar from your diet. That means sweetened drinks, sweet snacks and desserts. Eat more fruits and vegetables with lean meat and whole grain breads. Limit your fat intake too, no fried foods, no fast food. If you cut out sugar, white bread and fast food, you will lose more than 20 lbs by November.

start excercising regularily, 30 minutes to an hour per day. Join a gym, and stop eating crap foods. No fast foods, no pop, no chips. Drink lost of water, the weight will just peal off of you.

I stopped drinking pop and started drinking water in March and have lost 15 pounds!

Atkins and fad diets may be good for quick, short term loss, but I wouldn't do it without talking to your doctor. I had high bp and cholesterol, and my Dr said no to Atkins because it is so high fat.
Weight Watchers is much healthier and you can do it long term. I have lost 70lbs (5 to go) and my bp and cholesterol are normal now. drink lots of water, too and do some kind of excercise, even if it's just walking.
