If we evolved from homo erectus or whatever, then, at some point, one of these "animals" gave birth to a human that had slightly different DNA, but enough to make it human. So the mother would eventually become wormfood while the baby eventually dies and goes to heaven? Some bible\koran\torah basher please explain.

I think you are mixing science and religion. According to Christianity we did not evolve, we started out from Adam and Eve as we are now.

Your argument is good but it is based on science.

You will not enter heaven. You will remain as wormfood for eternity. Only Homo sapiens are qualified but those of you that sprang from Homo erectus or even worse are Australopithecus or the Homo habilis, and the Neanderthals have no chance at all. If you accept the theory of evolution, then it is a simple matter that we are genetically linked to the first man and therefore of God's creation. I was teasing you. People are judged by the merits of the lives and not by DNA.

This is why I don't believe in evolution. But there are animals in Heaven, or at least on the new earth.
