I know that the teaching of botany and zoology seems to be declining but there would still be hundreds of departments teaching the subjects ,,, so, yes, search on the web for the colleges that are in the city/state you want to study in ... any college department that wants students will have e-mail contacts listed.

There aren't a lot of botany departments left, because botany and zoology have often been merged into "biology" departments. Search "botany department" and/or "zoology department" on any search engine and you will get many viable hits.
Good luck
