There are Mulim comics in the US . They have been profiled in articles in major papers, and have websites. Apparently Muslims comics have been popular for over 1 year and this is a well known trend among comedy fans.A check on Google yields many sites, here are a few:.

HEY EARTH ANGEL YOUR SLIP IS SHOWING
you say "I think we all realise that the comic who does the Borat chracter is really a Jewish man."
This clearly show you already know there are Muslims comics-- and that this question is just an opportunity for you to manufacture the gratuitious slur that "Muslim's don't seem to have much sense of humor."

Man, you are so wrong.

I went to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival last year and saw a comedian called Omid Djalilli. The Edinburgh Festival is a huge week longs arts festival with a focus on comedy.

Omid Djalilli sold out all his shows, and was the top rated performer in the festival. He was the funniest thing I'd seen in ages!

Check him out, he probably has DVDs and stuff out.

Edit: I've seen Shazia Mirza too. She's amusing but not laugh out loud funny. Djalilli is the man.

there are many. I live in a Islamic country (I'm not a Muslim myself) so I have inside information!. around a year ago one of the greatest caricaturists died here and the vice-president was the first in the line in his memorial. he ( the dead caricaturist used to draw vice-president's caricature in the front page!) but Muslims unlike others don't take kindly to insults that is directed against their religion.

There's a young British muslim woman called Shazia Mirza - I saw her on telly a while back - she's funny, and pretty brave too. I admire her. She's got a wicked sense of humour. You should check her out.

First I want to say that there is no relationship between the relegion and the sense of humor .Second most of the Muslems
are Arabs,Iranians,Indonesians, etc and each of these countries has its own language and culture ,so ,unless you know their language or culture how can you feel weather they have such sense of humour or not.
