I found a bottle signed by football hall of famer Chuck Bendnarik circa 1967 made by legends estates manteca california. Do they still make wine, and what if any thing is this bottle worth, yes it's still unopened

They are still in business:

They produce a broad range of medium priced wines.

As a wine, what you have is a Central Valley so-so bottle of fermented grape juice. There may be some value to having something that is attached to a celebrity like Chuck Bednarik.

For example, here is a recent auction lot: Hall of Famers Autograph Lot of 10. Assorted checks, signed images and handwritten notes from such stars as Doak Walker, Alex Wojciechowicz, Chuck Bednarik, Bobby Layne and Don Hutson. LOA from James Spence & Steve Grad/PSA DNA.Sold for: $262.90

You might get $50 to $100 for it. I would recommend marketing it in Philadelphia since Chuck played for the Eagles.

Sorry to disappoint you but the Legends Estates that you mentioned in Manteca California, I can't find any information on it. The gentleman who provided the first answer gave you a link to Legends Estate Winery in Beamsville, Ontario, Canada which was not in existence in 1967. They did not open until the 1990's and are founded by the Lizak family. I'm not exactly sure who Chuck Bendnarik is (I'm not really into football) but I don't think he had anything to do with the Canadian winery. What I would suggest, if you want an appraisal done on this is to contact an appraiser. One that I know is very good is the Wine Doctor, Edward Finstein. His website is:

By the way, the Canadian winery makes very good wine so if you're able to get your hands on some of it, definitely buy a bottle.

I would be interested also. I have 4 bottles that are of KC Chiefs former players including Jan Stenerud, Bobby Bell, Ed Budde and Otis Taylor. Received them as a gift at least 15 years ago.
