Last time I went there, it took 5.25 hours to get to the airport on Oahu and then took just under 5 hours to get back because the wind was @ our back....bring plenty to read and do, it is a VERY VERY boring flight cause all you see is water for hours on end..they do play movies on the plane and a nice one about Hawaii for the last 45 minutes but still trust me, it is enough to make you drool and twitch in a corner from the sheer boredom
